ASCO Foods, a market leader in the import and distribution of Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, and other South East and Far East Asian ambient and frozen foods, has appointed Solomon Commercials to deliver a new vehicle to its four-strong fleet.

Established nearly 20 years ago, ASCO has built a strong reputation for sourcing a unique and exciting range of products and establishing itself as a market leader in our sector.

Alltruck supplied the new 18-tonne DAF, and the specification for the vehicle included Carrier Syberia 11i fridge, a Dhollanida tail-lift with a capacity of 1,500kgs and interior compartments with a dual temperature control system. The vehicle also comprised aerodynamic and safety features.

Sunny Chadha, Director at ASCO Foods, said: “We partnered with Solomon Commercials as we knew they’d provide the right vehicle body for us and working with the team has been a pleasure. The new truck will make a welcome addition to our fleet as we grow our business.”
