Slipstream Aerodynamics for 3.5t fleet

2013 marks another huge development for Solomon with their home delivery range of temperature controlled bodywork, as they introduce slipstream aerodynamics into the Tesco dotcom fleet.  Following extensive testing of a prototype body in the autumn of 2012 Tesco have chosen the fuel saving aerodynamic technology for their 2013 specification.  Forming part of other development work carried out, the bodywork is 55 kgs lighter increasing payloads.  2013 therefore marks a huge leap forward in environmental savings with better fuel economy and greater carrying capacity per vehicle.  Solomon’s slipstream designs are registered throughout Europe with European design protection.  For further information please contact the Sales team on 01706 211211.
