Euro Foods, a distributor of frozen and fresh foods serving the restaurant, catering and specialist supermarket sectors, has taken delivery of 14 new refrigerated vehicles as it expands its existing fleet.

The Cwmbran-based business took delivery of three 12-tonne Eurocargo trucks and 11 7.2-tonne GVW IVECO Daily chassis cabs.

Euro Foods opted for the 207bhp 3.0 F1C diesel on the Daily, and the 217bhp 6.7-litre six-cylinder Tector 7 for the Eurocargo, which cover up to 60,000 and 80,000 miles respectively each year based out on the business’ five depots around the country.

The fleet will cover a mix of urban and motorway mileage, each undertaking daily delivery schedules depending on the volume and payload of customer orders.
